I used to buy at scrap prices offcuts of pure ally from rounds using them for projects over the years no where near as exciting as your method but handling is easier mate.This from a wholesaler at his cost price.

Just a thought. One round was 8 inches across. Window makers sell off their scrap ally at scrap prices saw two ton last friday in one pile.

Jim, I honestly don't count as I also use other scrap bits but I would think it would take about 15 or so if it was just cans!:thinks:

I have a fair bit of ally that the solar panel fitters left at my place that I will use later Peter, I only do it for fun to keep me active (I was going to say to keep me Sane but it's a bit late for that to happen) :sob:
