Had another great Turning training day.. and learnt some basics around turning ..

Here's the efforts...not perfect but the first ones for me....

We all had to start somewhere and remember the first things off of the lathe. I still have some of mine which I kept as it serves as a reminder how far I have come. So put these where you can see them and every so often look at them and see what you have achieved as you progress.
These are a good start keep at it and don't be put off by the failures instead learn from them

Having fun comes in various ways, learning is one satisfying way.Bet the family oohs and ahs were enough just now, I like the experimenting and the results.
