Another marmite pen - this time a PSI steampunk bolt action

I know these PSI kits are not to everyones taste, but I was asked to make this one for friend who is a Steampunk fan.

The wood is a piece of London Plane burr which had almost an old leather look to it when polished.

I actually quite like this kit myself, being a fan of steampunk art.

Don't know why but a Vickers Machine Gun jumped straight out at me when i first looked at it David .. I don't like the bolt action kits in general, but i do like or lets say just started to like the steampunk kits, there have a real feel of quality .. Nicely turned and finished my friend .. :thumbs:

Looks like a very poor imitation of one of Skiprats creations.
A total abomination, nice blank wasted there young David.
