Thanks to everyone who replied to my question on sealing wood.
Has anyone used LIBERON LATH POLISH? IT says that it is a friction polish seals and finishes in one easy step.

There is no one easy step, if you want a good result you have to work at it.
Interesting question I can't wait for the answers.

I have used it you apply it to the stationary wood let it dry and it goes white then you buff it up Its quite a good polish it hasn't got the depth of shine that friction polish has but it is easer to use and it works better than friction polish on larger bowls it can develop problems on open grained woods by remaining white in the grain and in sharp details personally its not for me and I wont be buying any more of it I hope this helps

Glen Liberon make another product far superior in the polish arsenal as a final polish most incredible results called Black Bison also a clear version. A very light application and they sell a horse hair brush that is incredible for the polishing that lasts ande lasts, I have seen thousands of finished articles and use it myself with the aformentioned brush fitted to a cheap small drill press that allows easy access. It is incredible especially with Aussie Burl.

Kind regards Peter.

I use that as well Peter and agree with you I use a shoe brush or an old cotton T shirt to buff it
