Hi guys I have been given 5 of these kits but no bushings, I cant find the kits anywhere to get the bushings for them, any idea what they are called and who might sell them?,

I've not seen that kit before Roy. You could make yourself some bushes with delrin or the likes :thumbs:

Roy you don't need to use bushes, you could just use the spacers on the mandrel and measure the parts and turn down the blank to those sizes.

Turn it between centres! Bushes are handy, but not fully necessary. If I have bushes for a kit, I will use them for getting good roughly to size, if not I use some outside calipers - one set for each end. I attach them to my headstock and tailstock with magnets, so I don't get them mixed up.

It takes a little practice, but it is well worth it, especially with single tube kits - no chance of bending a mandrel!
