Something old and appropriate for this time of year.

I made this last year and donated it to the local British Legion. Well the wife was shopping and talking to one of the poppy sellers who says to her "can your husband make another and also some small ones for us"

The wife replies "With what he has got on this month with an Angiogram and the car needs a brake cable for the MOT I don't think he can manage it" luckily he is not worried if they are not done for the 11th

Superb:thumbs: I wonder what it would look like with purple heart or a really red wood. What's the size of it?

I saw some knitted ones and they were top notch too.

I was thinking that people would give a lot more for something better than the normal Poppy, but then I realised that probably in the long run it would not be a good money raiser, as it would be used year after year. If you do make one/some for him, make sure he pays loadsadosh:thumbs:
