I thought I would start a new post on these kits they do deserve there own space as a kit they are extremely well made that is why I included a photo of one striped down as you will see no plastic screw parts all metal I have made quite a few of these kits but only have five in my collection,

As stated before there are not and has never been any bushes for these kits there are five components to turn  the two end caps with a hole going halfway in to mount them on the pen a piece on a small tube for the nib and obviously the two main parts with a spigot for the centre band on the cap end and we had no digital calipers then LOL all of these pens are at least 18 years old and with sanding sealer and paste wax polish finish

They are from left to right Maple, Asian stripped Ebony, Camphor Laurel, Indian Laurel and Silver Beech

The three separate pens are as you can see fountain pen, Rollerball ans a ballpoint pen which is slightly shorter than the other two  enjoy
