Thanks for the kind comments John you know me from a recent swap to you on the IAP the method used is my own fraught with OH&S potential that I consider important enough, I bought a Pen Wizard and felt there must be other ways and developed my method every time I have attempted to share this it has ended in sorrow for me its not rocket science. Peter, correct me if I'm wrong but you haven't yet shared this piece of wizardry on this site? I ask because both Brian (Grump) and I are developing fourth-axis solutions for our CNC mills with a parallel goal in mind. I for one would be most interested in seeing what elements of your solution would 'port' to what I'm doing. If you're not comfortable sharing again I understand completely.
