Hi all,
Customer request for a pen with touch screen stylus.... I know there are others but have gone with the 'Venetian' from PSI via Axi.....
Now the modern trend is to Click and Collect to ensure stock... I added 5 to my basket from Sittingbourne my local store 'sorry we can not process your order insufficient stock' OK I'll try less, 1 added 'insufficient stock'.... Damn!
Now rather annoyed :vangry:of Maidstone is passing anyway (due to a funeral next door) so called in to voice my opinion..... 'I can check the stock out back for you, how many do you want?'

As you can see, good old customer service, beats computers anytime!! :rolling::rolling:
Oh and I had their last double dyed blanks tooIMG_20221006_180438.jpg

Have to say I’ve seen that often at axi it’s good and bad - good because they are only 20mins and usually have physical stock, bad because on occasion they don’t….and seeing as I’m there I always seem to find something I ‘need’ :thinks:

I've always remarked that a PC is only as good as the person imputing the information into it. A pc cannot think for itself, only recall info that's been put on it. After all, a pc is only a light switch that's on or off.

Mark,
If you were relying on that kit coming from PSI you’re going to be disappointed, it’s a Sierra kit from Rizheng in China. Axminster don’t even try and hide the source, leaving the suppliers name on the label! RZ (Rizheng), BP (ball point) TS (touch stylus) 40 (their code for the Sierra range, and the colour GB (Gold black).

Now there is the problem you never checked Maidstone's computer:face::face::face:

Face to face is always better well most times
