Hi All,

Axminster have an outstanding customer service, sometimes you cannot believe the service....
Well I have a Veritas marking gauge, had it years... (Bought cheap as it had a chipped wheel) Well last week in a trip to Axi I remembered to ask for a new wheel and at £4 I was well happy:banana: I fitted the new wheel and whilst having a fiddle/play I had a phone call to do some actual work.... Long story short was I lost the thumb screw next.... When I called Axi next I thought I would ask and without question they sent me a replacement, but take a look at the bag:funny::funny:

I never had any problems with the customer service from Axminster. It's just a shame that others cannot take a leaf out of their books. Wouldn't it be a joy if everyone were like Axminster.
Will done that company!

Customer service is second to none. I’ve dealt with Axi since 1982 & never had a problem. Another firm I’ve never had a problem with is Snainton Woodworking.

Record Power have been pretty good as well. I bought some Chuck accessory jaws and they wouldn’t close equally. After a little conversation they sent me a replacement set which were fine.
