Heaps of oportunities cant tell whats inside Woodies buy but both seem ok. Some times Vics purchase has strange chemicals that can effect the plating and the small bands can mark the pens mostly safe when you close this one of Vics it looks like there is enough clearance between pens and if so it gives a beaut impression when open. To discourage fumbling fingers from Joe or Joan public is fun when selling from them. The open plastic racks are easier to see if one is missing. Just some observations.
