It seems to be a woodturners secondary hobby, moaning about the quality of pen kits, in fact we have our own competition at it, Brian has won Gold at successive competitions! The butt of most of the moans is the Chinese. Well, I dont know who makes the Vertex for Penn State but I am getting a bit fed up. Last order it was parts missing and when you moan to PSI you have to conduct a geography lesson to explain that you come from a land mass that exists to the east of Florida and that yes you can get the components to us as we have a postal service that visits all of our houses and drops packages in letter boxes, yes we have them too, in fact we had them before America was "discovered" which comes as a bit of a surprise to their "Customer Service" department.

This order the nib holders on the rollerballs are all jammed up with plating and cant accept a roller ball refill, so they are having to send me some more "if they have them available". Sorry to have bothered you, it was obviously my fault.

The yanks don't want your business, get hold of your credit card company and put a block on the payment and if it has already gone through then tell them the goods are incomplete and they will claim the money back until the goods are complete. It's a shame you don't know anyone else who orders from PSI as you could get them to have it put in their next order:thumbs:

His nips sounds angry :vangry: you should ask for some free kits as compensation if they say no, tell you want your money back and they can stick the kits up there :mooney2:

Neil my impression is this company operates precisely how the feel at the time I have had real success from their dealers who also suffer from the main company.

Peter.
