Bamboo chopping boards at Lidl

Lidl have rather nice-looking bamboo chopping boards in this week at £2.99. They look to be about 15mm thick so would be good for cutting into pen blanks.

I would like to see that Paul but for me I was quickly over my enthusiasm with Bamboo so I will watch with interest and sit this one out.

Yep I've made bamboo pens and knife handles from them over the last few years you can colour them with Ink or clothing dies just to make them bounce a bit as the natural colour is a tad bland i feel........ I did post a pic of some a few years back
