I have a Scheppach hbs 20 bench band saw all worked well, had to put in a new blade no problem, followed the instructions fitted fine worked ok . I have only cut a few bits with the new blade, now when I cut anything thick or thin the cut goes to the right. So I take off the blade and refit it still cuts crooked :sob:, I have adjusted every thing again still the same anyone out help me please :praying:

Tom sometimes the join on the new blade can be crooked or lumpy.
The alignment to the wheels is critical, by that I mean the both wheels should be parallel.

The alignment of the guide wheels above the table and below . Ensure the below guides are clean and closely aligned.

Hi Bill on windows 10 you can save as a URL by right clicking on the video then you can save in any folder of your choice but the easiest way is if you hover your mouse over the lower left at the botom of the video you get the option to watch in utube if you click this option it opens in an other tab on a utube site you then simply save this as a favorite

My experience also buy a decent blade I buy the hardened teeth variety long life and hard work in the burls a breeze.

But I still do the real set up every new blade and check out the feed alignment and bearings. The especialy the dust extraction as I often cut Aluminium.
