Bandsaw Blades.

I have a Scheppach Basto1 Bandsaw - Blade length 1490mm.

Can anyone recommend a good supplier, blade width and tpi.

I tend to use these, as far a TPI goes really depends on what you are doing with the saw. There is a blade guide on site worth a read.

Rowdy having selected the supplier I recommend bi metal blades especially with burl and desert timbers. Good to see you about mate.

Definitely a bi-metal blade Rowdy, and as already said the TPI depends on what you are cutting, if just for small work i find a 1/2" by 6 TPI works for me .. Regarding where, i get mine from Just Bandsaw Blades ..

I've just had a couple of blades from Tuffsaws for my 352 and they are excellent. Great sevive and reasonable price as well.
