I have used Baron II kits from TB but never used the Jr Gent kit (yet) Comparing both kits on the net they look very similar.
What is the main difference between the two.

The only difference I found was the Jn gents has a round nib end the baron has I think 8 facets around the nib end it used to be 6 at one time but David had his changed to 8

I think that you will find that the bushes are slightly different as well, the barrel bushes on the JR Gent are exactly the same but the Baron nib end bush is slightly larger, or inversely tother end is slightly smaller. I think the plating is a higher quality on the Baron.
