Made this one to day its a Pam Harris blank on a Beaufort Cyclone. Slight mistake the pen didn't look right so I read the assembly instructions one of the bushings for the pen body is slightly smaller than the other. The pen is supposed to have a very slight taper. Should of read them first any way to late now. Nice kit though.

Very nice mate, that's one interesting blank too...
I have done a couple of Cyclones now and think I must have been lucky, I didn't know about the taper...you can remove the fittings with parallel pin punches, but you would need to reverse your blank too (so your pattern may not line up).
Still a very nice looking pen:drool:

Now that I know about the taper it will bug me I am going to have to dismantle it and fix it. I will probably end up giving this one away.

I’ve done something similar & it’s difficult to detect. “If you know; you know”
