Like Beefwood, your pen is neat with the additional rings coincidence for me looking at some blanks of KImberly Beefwood in my collection this very day am just as impressed now as when my mate collected it up in the Nthn Territory.

It reminds me of Silky Oak with a dash of dark mystery as your pen does, also I acknowledge your pic as darker timbers can be tough to reproduce for me. Since the timber can be furry and difficult to finish this finely I salute your finish as well.

Overall delightful, deep and meaningfull for me.

Kind:goesred: regards Peter.

A fine pen young Gav, could you post the rest of the article it's picture with?
There is just enough of it visible to gain my interest but makes reading it difficult.:winking:

Gav, you should have made a sausage pen (Walter and George covered them a few weeks ago).

Beef, sausage - geddit? Okay, hat, coat, goodnight ...

Lovely pen, mate!
