Two lathes, two bolt/sierra blanks on each lathe, I cut the blanks according to the pen I'm making and keep excess turning to a minimum, and then swivel between the two lathes to allow the CA to cure in between. Method doesnt involve copious origami with kitchen towel and 20 coats, but three with pure CA. I had cut the blanks previously so that was all sorted before I got started.


Off to flog them in about 5 minutes at a Christmas Market!
