Under instructions, just a couple of pictures of some of my early attempts at pen making with acrylics. The Artisan rollerball was one of the first acrylics I had tried; the Majestic I had to pluck up courage to try, but then discovered that they're actually nice kits to make and not as scary as the price suggests. Made a very good return on those, as I recall!

Finished with wet Micromesh pads to 12000 grit, but no polish or burnishing.

I'll put up some wooden ones as well.

They both look great, but I do like the majestic I think it is a lovely kit.

Sadly I can't get hold of that blank any more - personally I loved it (and its red cousin) but hey ho!

I must admit that I do really like the Majestics, and I'm always looking for excuses to make them. They are certainly very expensive, but on the other hand they hold their own against some very high-end kits. I know for certain that at least one collector has got a pair of mine in a display cabinet alongside his £000's Mont Blancs etc. (And no he didn't pay £1000 for them!)

"What rules the waves"???

Good question. Variety. Learning (It's always a two-way street). Treating people as I would want to be treated. Fair pricing.

In short, there really isn't an answer!
