Well...i had a nice day out today....Belmont Wood fest....this was the 2nd year of this celebration of all things wood....the sound of chainsaws carving and the mini steamtraction engines....
I also bumped into Dalboy (Derek) who gave me a nice present of some blanks....and got to see some of his fantastic bits in the flesh....the flower cup was way better in the flesh....some wonderful colours there and a great selection of pens on show
A cracking day with late summer sun:thumbs:

I was going to take a trip there, but I spent a few hours in A&E yesterday unable to breathe properly and even though I felt great when I left I thought it would be wise to take it easy today and am still in my dressing gown, did you take any photos?

Good to meet you today back home and totally knackered. The day got better for us now I need to get into the workshop to restock. Had plenty of people pop in today that I know from different places also met some other woodturner.
I did manage to take a couple of photo's will try and sort some out tomorrow

There was so much more as Flexi(Mark) will tell you but when I walked around on the Saturday I had left my camera at home so took it Sunday but as I said forgot to take many
