Had a great day out today, visiting the grounds of this fabulous house, I also took the opportunity to ask about Woodfest this year..... Its been postponed, but they reckon to be back bigger and better next year...

They sent us out an invite as stallholders but we declined due to my wife's age and my medical problems. They have us on the books for next year. I keep my eyes on that tree and another waiting for them to be chopped but no luck:whistling::whistling::whistling:
Hope it is on next year and to meet up again Mark, or if things ease a bit and you do another trip to THE shops again:funny::funny::funny:

Thanks foe sharing. In Tasmania there are trees called simply Horizontal,they grow at about the same speed as Huon Pine (mm,s a yr).These trees hold the bark and are used for ornaments etc.
