Browsing through some of last years Canada photos and this one reminded me just how desperately I wanted this big bad boy. Was a good 3 ft across on what I think was a maple.

I experience these feelings in several areas around town here with Burl.

That is a large one but all that glitters is not beautiful inside necessarily. Great to reminice and dream though,thanks for showing.
