Another of today's efforts. I've never really liked the slim section on the euro pens, so I usually turn 'em chunky, just my preference.
Used some black walnut and coloured inlay at 30 degree cut angles to try and frame the clip. Finished with sanding sealer and waxed to a satin shine.

Cheers

Brody

Like the inlay Brody but not too sure about the bottom section as it looks too bulbous to me or it could be camera angle. Well turned and finished though !!!!
I agree with Terry, nice looking inlay but the bottom section is a little too bulbous for my liking, well turned though and lovely timber . And it is different

Got to agree with Terry. Love the top half and the inlay, but not sure about the fat bottom half. But a well turned pen one the less

Brody everyone to their chosen design and reasoning. Followed the design loved the inlays in very clever matching bands appreciated the finish. Then imagined I was the user held it in my imaginary hand its fits beautifully and presto here we have a pen for lots of users ready to impress the socks off observers (there are so many who notice) when you announce this pen was custom made for me. The final accolade to the maker you.

Thats my story and your stuck with it another happy person besides you. Keep throwing around your talents mate never wasted IMHO.

In my world everyone lives happy ever after.

You've done a lovely job there Brody with the inlay, turning and finishing. I'm not a fan of such a fat bottom half but its still a great job.
