I'm not sure if its the photo but have you taken to much wood of the top half next to the C B other than that it looks as if you have turned it very well

Looks a nice pen although I would have expected holly to have better colouring, don't know why.

I'm gonna guess that the holly is actually a lot whiter than in the pic (judging purely on the yellowness of the background). Lovely turning BH, like me you need more work on the pics!
