RC Model Tug
In my test tank sorting out the ballast, the hull is vac formed plastic all the rest, apart from metal fittings, is made from
lite ply & wood, my first attempt at a semi scale model, some wood fittings were turned on my lathe.

Very nice Tony. I tried to get a wooden sailing yacht for a six year old. Couldn't find a thing, even online. Might have to make onne myself. Nothing as grand as this mind you. Looks really good.

Is that the Billing kit by chance. I still have about 40 boats stored upstairs from 16" up to 5'8" which is my submarine of HMS Tabard.

Yes it is - not die cut I'm happy to say, I had to cut all the wood by hand. A boat club member brought the Billings 'Zwart Zee' kit in the other week a later die cut one. The die cutting was at least 3/32" out from the printing. But the printings never that accurate anyway - this I found out after cutting all the parts out :sob:
That's a large fleet youv'e got BTW!
