it is a nice result. I am always a bit hesitant with putting anything under lacquer for fear of adhesion issues. I haven't used gilt cream on a pen, this tempts me to have a go soon.

I am also unsure Phil but its a bit of a experiment so I see in a few months but the cream drys and all excess is wiped off so i dont see any reason why it would fail did the same thing on a bowl and that worked ok
