My Daughter and Granddaughter came this weekend and I only managed to get this done and not the Tempest as I thought, so maybe during the week now for the Tempest.

I drilled the antler with an offset which ideally could have been more offset, so I kept it chunky to show more of the natural bark which was in danger of disappearing altogether. Finished in CA.

Like the way you didn't turn it to round, tactile, perfect for the bolt action imho.
I need to try that myself instead of turning it to the "marrow" and filling the pores with ca!!!

I hope you had the extractor on and pointing outside as well as the door wide open Peter.

A great looking pen there

Thanks.

Very nice Peter. Wish I could turn antler but the smell makes me nauseous.

Thanks, there was absolutely no smell at all:whistling: well I am sure there was, but I was wearing my new old versaflo and I couldn't smell anything.
