Hi, Just finished this for a friend's Christmas present. I normally use Thuya Burl but was given a bit of Amboyna to try. The wood book suggests that the burl of Amboyna look like bacteria wizzing about on a microscope slide!!! Unusual description ~who thinks these things up? Kind regards Fiona

Ignore the wood book what do they know we dont spend time viewing in microscopes your picture is not that small. Exciting colour emanates from your pen and hypnotises us to greater efforts. Beautiful pen.

Very nice clean pen Fiona, a good choice of wood that really looks well on this kit .. Great finish too ... :wink:
