A lovely piece of wood and made into a lovely pen Johnny. I'm used to seeing straight bullets and my mind is struggling with a shape in the wood but that doesn't mean you're wrong.

Nicely done.
How dose Friction Polish stand up for you.
I found a long time ago that Friction Polish wears of quickly with extended use.

Les

It does, but whoever buys it i tell them to polish it regular with a branded beeswax polish.
This keeps the shine and natural tactile feel of the wood in a wooden pen,
something you don't get using a ca or acrylic finish.

Really nice looking wood with kit but I'm like Paulm, not sure about the little increase in diameter at the bottom. Only my opinion..

Takes nothing away from how it's turned and finished..

Different shape mate but heaps going for your pen the increase will make for a better grip for larger hands I too love Amboyna.
