The son of a friend breeds Alpacas and I detect on his land. They don't seem to mind me, but always stay as far away as possible, they are not inquisitive like cows. Have you tried an alpaca joint

Lucky bugger to witness that, I used to keep llamas in a past life (long story don't ask).

Fabulous things Alpacas, lot nicer temper than llamas. Horrible spitty kicky bitey things

Always amazes how the hell their legs don't break under their body weight, always look far too spindly.
