Bowl made for my friendly tree surgeon

This bowl is made from a tree he cut down for a lady and the tree had been planted by her late husband so wanted something made from it so here is a 7 inch ceder bowl finished with wood wax 22

Nice one Alex! I madw a calabash bowl a while back for the same reason. That's one of the things I like about turning. :thumbs:

Yep I have turned a lot of bowl but this one I really like because of the story

Very nice Alex and for a great cause. Wood turned items can bring many memories to people for various reasons and you've just ticked the box on of of them, well done.
