Gathered by my Burl mate way out west where the crows fly backwards. Very different aspect of the normal Brown Mallee.

Every pen you've shown Peter is excellent and this is no different, absolutely lovely.

That's a beautiful pen. love that wood.
Do you take your photos in a light box?
Those pic's are GREAT!

Angelo I use a simple open box made of conduit on a foam board 50mm base and a background of 11 by 14 inch printer paper I will show a pic on the next line.

Kind regards Peter.

Peter,
I use a home made light box also.
But, it's closed all around with a white sheet
to act as a filter for the lights at the top and 2 sides.
I'll try it without the filters.

You have a better memory than me Brian. Tables are for eating and taking timber pics the flash is on the camera.

Peter.

My word you eat some strange things over there mate, I don't much fancy the taste of my table.
Funny you should bring that up though I was having a naked barby at the weekend when a neighbour poked his head over the fence and shouted "put some trousers on".
He disappeared without answering how he wanted them cooked.
