Hi All, I have purchased some bullet cases off Alex with the intent of doing a few Pens.

I understand that the firing cap end has to be drilled out to take a 7mm tube and that at the point end the brass tube has to be packed out to secure a snug fit between the tube and the point end of the bullet.

I have filled the whole of the bullet case with hot melt glue and will have a go at drilling them out and fitting the brass tube tomorrow.

Could I ask how you experienced guys and girls go about fitting a brass tube into the blanks?

By the way the Bullets from Alex are great.

Regards

Hi Vic
I'm no expert on this type of pen, made my first one today when Alex cases turned up, thank you Alex they are good, what I did for the pointed end was to glue a short piece of 8mm tube onto the standard 7mm tube & away we went

All I did was put a bit of masking tape on the end of the tube and glued it in
