This is one of the kits that Mark(Flexi) made up which I changed the clip to a rifle one I had. It was good to be able to turn something again the blank is one of my own.

The pen looks like it has a bend in the middle which I checked and when I re assembled seems to have gone(only pulled the blank off the mechanism), the strange part is there was nothing out of true either in Marks kit or the blank so don't ask as long as it is sorted I don't care.

I am not sure about leaving the cartridge with tarnish on or whether I should have polished and sealed. The wife said the latter to match the shiny clip

Sorry for the terrible photo's

Nicely done:thumbs: It's hard to get back into the swing of things after a lay off.

Thank you all.

Looks good Derek, I know what you mean about getting back in the workshop..

I hope you are heading in that direction to. Even for a short time it gets frustrating.

I did do a little work out there when I finished the truck. But I nearly had a couple of catches on the pens.
