Had very little time at the weekend but managed this one for a friend.


Used very fragile elm burr so needed a lot of ca whilst turning.


I turned off a few mm down to the tube, drilled out the clip to 7mm and slid on to the tube, turned a little collar to go over the end and into the cap. Once the cap was filed for the clip it was all epoxied together and seems to work well.


Still don't like the nibs much though!
