Which is the best method of securing the brass filings, superglue or epoxy resin or another method I've not thought of yet?

Tried both prefer Epoxy.
I have always used CA glue I put the glue in first then some brass powder tap any loose out then reapply. keep doing this until just proud the turn or sand back. You can use epoxy but I believe that you need a good proportion of brass otherwise it end up looking green.
