Bush Sizes

Hi All

I want tomake some Beaufort Leveche pens kits.

I have made Mistral and Tempest kits previously and have the bushes for those labeled up. In my Beaufort bush box I have some unknown bushes, I can't remember what they are for as I have not been in the shed much for a couple of years due to illness.

Could anyone tell me the sizes of the Leveche bushes so I can check if I need to order some? I have looked on the Beaufort web site and rightly so they do not specify sizes.

If you have an iPhone you can download the IAP Bushing & Tube App for a buck. It has all the sizes of bushings and tubes along with instructions for many kits for most every maker and seller. They have a version for Android but it hasn't been updated for a few years, nobody volunteered to do it.
Upper Cap is .539" and .527" for tube ID .429"
Lower is .524" and .444" for tube ID .357"

I think you've quoted the wrong set @Curly (and also I think Wayne's metric to imperial conversions are slightly out.)

The Leveche is
Cap - 14.6/10.93mm and 13.7/10.96mm (0.575/0.43 and 0.539"/0.43")
Lower - 13.3/9.13mm and 11.27/9.13mm (0.524/0.359" and 0.444/0.359")

There's a table of compatibility here for Beaufort bushes @strat but as you say, it doesn't show the dimensions
