If you have an iPhone you can download the IAP Bushing & Tube App for a buck. It has all the sizes of bushings and tubes along with instructions for many kits for most every maker and seller. They have a version for Android but it hasn't been updated for a few years, nobody volunteered to do it.
Upper Cap is .539" and .527" for tube ID .429"
Lower is .524" and .444" for tube ID .357"
