The finish problem on the bushing will be being caused on the out side buy no finish turning cycle for any one interested they should be using a G71 roughing cycle then a G70 finishing cycle and the rough on the inside is cause by the only drilling the hole it needs to be either reamed or bored I would bore them if I was them an I would put a tolerance of 6.26 +.03 -.00 and the same tolerance on the tube fit  and the concentricity would need to be .03 between the hole and the outside diameter I would also have them made from stainless or titanium  I see the best way to achieve this is to have them manufactured in the UK as Taiwan can't hold a tolerance for love nor money. That my two pence worth
