My Bro-in-law who lives in the states is coming over to UK in a few weeks and Im thinking of getting him to bring some pens kits as they seem to be cheaper and a bigger range of choice.
Any suggestions on who to buy from? I was looking at PSI, but know nothing about their quality etc. - Im looking for high quality kits and which cant be bought in UK.

PSI, would suit your search Ian, but also take a look at CSUSA they also have a good selection ..
