Sometimes I get this if I have sprayed accelerator either too close or too much(same difference I suppose) it forms slightly milky blobs which is not so obvious until finishing. This can happen when the ca is getting old with accelerator also. I try to check before the last coats of ca go on and usually do not use accelerator on the last dose of ca. The only way to correct is to take the ca off I use a sharp skew as a negative scraper and if done gently can usually start with 400 abranet. Might be worth while trying without accelerator just to eliminate the problem.
