Hi Everyone

I'm not a turner and don't have a lathe, I trying to find someone who is willing to make me something called a drip tip out of acrylic.

There is as far as I can find one guy in the UK making and selling them but he only makes a few as a hobby and they all sell in minutes :(.

The shape I'm after is like this steel one

The widest part is 22 mm

Can anyone help me out?

Any one who is willing to do it will need more than just a photo they would need all of the measurements from the tip to the bottom and the O ring sizes I must say it looks an interesting project but not for me

It is an ecig drip tip I was after a couple of them if possible for my kangertech subtanks. I can get the measurements if someone is interested in making them for me. These are wider than most pen blanks I've seen though.

I've done my best to guesstimate to measurements from the pics and other sources. Working top to bottom
top diameter 15 mm
thinnest part of taper 9 mm
then base 22mm
sticky out bit 8.5mm diameter
o'rings diameter 5.6mm
o'rings width 1.8 mm
stubby bit height 5 mm
Hourglass height 25mm
total height 30 mm
Hole diameter 5 mm

I'm new pen turner, and as an e-cig user for 2 years, hope to use my lathe for drip tips and pipe stems, mostly in acrylics.
When I can find nice acrylic. Hope to heat bend them for e-pipes.

Be careful what woods you stick in your gob init?
Bad enuf sucking a battery now your chewing a tree too.
Source of ignition and flammable material inside a great big wind tunnel sounds like a recipe for disaster to me.
