Putting your bloody fingers next to a spinning blade is the big deal init?

One slip or lapse of concentration ain't gonna do the same if it's laying flat on a stone is it?

If your gonna do them sort of tricks then fix the plate to the tailstock and keep your mitts out of the way.

A bit of commonsense needs applying dunnit?

Only a total doombrain would condone or recommend this action.
