One case, I use a real bullet (nib) and drill the primer pocket to take the transmission (no pen tube)

The other case (top tube) I use a 7mm pen tube...the tape is to take up the slack between the tube (7mm) and cartridge mouth (7.62mm)...I then cut a slot in the tape so I can glue the tube to the cartridge mouth.

I don't glue or fix the tube at the primer pocket....1000s done and no fails yet..

I have seen people braise or solder the tubes in, I have bought brass bushes to set the tubes in the case mouths and use CA...many other methods...this is just mine
