Before we moved house I used to go to Bisely camp every year when they had events on. There was always stuff like once fired brass and bullets for sale. I wasn't into pen making then though and at least one of the events has now sadly been cancelled. They also had bigger stuff like 20mm Canon shells etc if you had the money but that might be a bit big for a pen!
