 Having cast badges in resin for pens for sometime with much success, l now find that when l press the parts into the tube l am getting degree of separation of the turned resin and the badge leaving area's of white. The resin is always fully cured and the ambient curing temperature is good.....65/70 degrees. Anyone any idea's what the problem might be?

I am not 100% sure of what you are referring to, do you have a picture of one?

If you are doing the same as you usually do, could the resin be old? Are the tubes clear of resin before you press the parts in. Sorry I can't suggest more.
