Followed the cutting with special interest mate. Yesterday at the three monthly Hand Made Show from all over we talked with a young lady who makes a heap of objects using postage stamps from around the world. I remembered a collection of three huge albums of curated stamps I had at home from many countries I had bought over 40 yrs ago.Went home and gave these to her ,into the thousands of historic significance.

Then she asked Wilma if sho could make pendants, brooches for her and send them from Melbourne on her return.

Here comes the connection Wilma said anything with a cat in it. So there you have it we are cat lovers.

Beaut video and top cutting paul.

Peter.

Just great. Have you thought of filling the cut outs with say a black resin and then back lighting it I think that would look great

Hi Derek,

Funny you should say that.

I poured about 30g of black resin in the mould and then pushed the cat project into the mould. Unfortunately I pushed a bit too much and the resin came up and through the cuts.
I think if I used a syringe it would work.
I have plenty of tiny LED lights. I could give something like that a go.

Could you not have put tape on the back then fill from the front using the syringe. LED lights would make it look good after it is put into a wooden frame or box so the lights come through the colours and not back light it
