Hi guys,
Just an update. I have an appointment tomorrow with consultant for a review of the eye already done. Hopefully will get the go ahead for my other eye and hope he isn't going on holiday any time soon. I may get back turning on the lathe by September if I am lucky.

Guys all went great today and have posted all the details on another post. Thanks for all your good wishes. Have got a collection of kits including two fountain pens to attempt....... also some wood and acrylic blanks as well so looking forward to turning again after review....
