This is the jig that i use on the bandsaw for making my Celtic Cross pens. The mitre fence is a permanent fixture on the sled and set at 45° and can return to 90°. The toggle clam is used to hold a block of wood that is used for the stop, so that the blank returns to the same spot to do the cross cuts.
